Interfax site has the news about start of PVC production line
Rostov branch "YgSpetsZashchita" has put into operation production of raw materials for PVC coverings.
Rostov-on-Don. August 28. INTERFAX-SOUTH "YgSpetsZashchita" Ltd. (Rostov-on-Don) production of granules for providing with raw materials the enterprise which produces floor coverings from polyvinylchloride (PVC) has put into operation”.
Roman Isachenko, the commercial director of the company reported to "Interfax":
"Now we plan to produce granules for own needs. To speak about sale early. Now ourselves will be able to make PVC plastic compound for our coverings with the set properties: to increase durability, frost resistance and to turn out products taking into account wishes of customers", - R. Isachenko told.
The extrusive line of production of granules is established in the production workshops of the company in Rostov-on-Don, its working power is 1,8-2,4 thousand tons per year. The company doesn't disclose the volume of investments into the project.
The production of granules put into operation doesn't influence the volume of the modular floor PVC coverings released by the company, but allows to improve quality and to increase efficiency of production, as commercial director specified.
In the current year, according to his words, " YgSpetsZashchita " plans to make about 130 thousand m2 of coverings, at the same time export makes considerable part of a stock of orders of the company.
"We actively deliver production to the CIS countries, many large contracts have been signed with partners from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, we also worked with Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia. In the current year 22 thousand m2 of coverings have been sold only on production rooms to Uzbekistan ", - R. Isachenko specified, having added that in further plans of the company - development of cooperation with the countries of the Middle East.
Besides that, according to his words, in the next several years the company plans to modernize production of rubber floor coverings, and also to begin production of rubber carpets for entrance groups, dielectric goods, sports floor coverings and coverings for the agricultural enterprises.
"YgSpetsZashchita" Ltd. is registered in 2010, its specializations are PVC coverings production and rubber floor sale.
