The synthesis of PVC granules
PVC granules are synthesized on the modern equipment by “YgSpetsZashita“ Ltd. from high-quality components of Russian and foreign production.
We receive orders for following types of production:
making tops of shoes, rubber boots - flexible PVC with firmness of 60 units (Analogue PL)- making bottoms of shoes – flexible PVC with firmness of 60-70 units (analogue PL-2)
- making hoses – with firmness 75-85 units
- sealing for windows, aluminum constructions – with firmness 55-60 units
- elements of stretched ceiling ("insert" и "harpoon") – with firmness up to 90 units
It is possible to produce granulate with required firmness and according to application.

In august 2015, company has purchased modern extrusion line for production of raw material specially for floor coverings – composite materials on the basis of PVC.
At the present time, production power of company allows us to produce granulate not only for us, but for sale as well.
