Warranty liability

“YgSpetsZaschita” Ltd. guarantees that the floor covering “SOLD” installed and used in accordance to the recommendations of the manufacturer will not have any manufacturing defects and save stated operating characteristics in 3 (three) years time after the day of installation.

Warranty conditions

• All the claims for changing the damaged products must be sent in a written form to “YgSpetsZaschita” Ltd. during the warranty period and no later than within 30 days after detecting the defect.

• The damaged floor module is changed only after inspection of damaged products. In case of request, the consumer must provide the authorized representative of “YgSpetsZaschita” Ltd. with the access to the damaged module for inspection and testing.

• The following claims are not accepted:

  • Spots on the surface appeared because of bituminous resin, oil, adhesive, ink etc.

  • Damages due to regular long effect of solvents, alkalis or acids.

  • Cuts, punctures, scratches, deep abrasion, spots of burning, pressed through areas and other damages connected with overloading on the floor surface.

  • Fungus or mold infection of the floor basement under the covering.

  • Damages due to the impact of heating system and direct sunlight; damages due to installation without using adhesive according to the instruction of installation and operation of covering.

  • Damages of modules, installed on the defected basements which are filled with plaster and fragile fillers.

  • The modules should be examined for the defects before and after the installation. The modules installed despite the visible defects could not be replaced.
