The start of the production of raw material for PVC floor coverings in Rostov

Roman Isatchenko, the commercial director of “YgSpetsZaschita” Ltd. gave the interview to the weekly business newspaper “Gorod N”.

YgSpetsZaschita” is the first Rostov company that starts its own production of PVC compound for manufacturing modular floors “SOLD”.

The granules will be produced only from primary row material; there will be only high quality components that are used for PVC synthesis such as resin, chloroparaffin, dioctylphthalate (DOP), calcium fillers, and dyes.

On the initial stage we are going to produce 100-150 tons per month.

The start of the production line will help us to improve the production quality, we will always rely on the quality of our raw material therefore rely on the quality of floor coverings.

During the production of PVC the special attention will be paid to increase of hardness of material for the further durability of products.

Moreover, the production line can help to decrease the production time. In a warehouse there will be a stock of granules of standard colors — green, blue, yellow, red, grey, light grey, black. The production will get efficiency to provide orders for any quantity of tiles of these colors. We will not depend on delivery time of raw material from other regions and problems with delivery (broken car, weather conditions).

We are also going to start the production of PVC granules with given extra qualities. For example, the high frost resistance or flavored PVC raw material for public or other types of premises.
